Hello Planning Leaders, Authors and Viewers,

The Comprehensive Planning web application will be unavailable from 4:30-5:30 pm today, Thursday August 23, 2012 while we apply a hotfix that addresses several items. You will notice the following updates after the hotfix is applied:

1. For School Level plans, the school board president and the superintendent can now “sign” the affirmations page. Each user will need to have a portal username and password and be in the Author group (at minimum).

2. A School Level plan can now be submitted. It must be first checked for issues, then, if no issues are found, it can be submitted.

3. A District’s phase is now displayed on the Demographics page of the district level plan.

4. A user who is in the Planning Leader, Author or Viewer groups for an Intermediate Unit can now view all LEA plans within that IU’s region.

5. PDE Supported strategies have been updated.
