Good morning CP Listserv,

 

As a member of this listserv, you receive the latest information regarding the Comprehensive Planning process and web application.  Messages sent through the CP Listserv are received by all types of LEAs in all three phases.  The only way to differentiate messages according to the type of LEA and phase cycle is in the Subject line & the first line of the email.  Here is an example:

 

Subject:  CP-Attention Phase 1 District Special Education Directors-Important

First Line of email:  Attention Phase 1 District Special Education Directors-Important information from BSE

 

Please forgive us for any confusion this protocol has recently caused.  In hindsight, I should have reworded the first sentence of the 11/21/12 message to Phase 1 District Special Education Directors.
