CP-Attention-Phase 1 Districts-Step 1 of 3-Affirmations Signature Function Available

 

Hello Phase 1 Districts,

The first step of three in submitting your District Level Plan is for the Chief School Administrator and the School Board President to electronically sign the Affirmations.  Step 1 is now available to Phase 1 Districts. 

 

Step 2 (“Checking for Plan Issues” button) and Step 3 (“Submit” button) will be available the week of November 26.

 

In order to enter a signature, the Superintendent and the Board President will need to follow these directions. 

(A visual representation of these directions are located in the attachment.) 

 

1)  Enter the PDE Portal

2)  Access the Comp Plan application

3)  Select a District

4)  Click “District Level Planning”

5)  Scroll to Plan Submission and Click “Affirmations”

6)  At the bottom of the page, click “Sign”

7)  User types name into box and clicks “Sign”

 

Once again…..  Step 2 (“Checking for Plan Issues” button) and Step 3 (“Submit” button) will be available the week of November 26.
