CP-Attention Phase 1 (not Phase 1B) Districts-Submission Function Now Available

Greetings Phase 1 (not Phase 1B) Districts,
The full submission functionality is now available to Phase 1 Districts.   The submission deadline is November 30, 2012.  For those granted extensions, please submit according to your adjusted date.  The step-by-step instructions with accompanying screen shots appear below and are attached. Step 1:  Electronic Signatures

a.       Go to "Plan Submission" Section of the District Level Planning Overview or Left Navigation and click "Affirmations".

b.      The School Board President and the Superintendent (accessing the CP web application using their own PDE portal accounts) will click the "Sign" button, type their name and again click the "Sign" button.

Step 2:  Check Plan for Issues

a.       After both electronic signatures have been entered.  A "Planning Leader" needs to go to the section entitled Planning Submission-->Status and History and click the "Check Plan for Issues" button.

b.       If necessary, address the plan issues.

Step 3:  Submit



a.       Once all issues are resolved, the "Submit" button will appear on the "Status and History" page. You must click the "Check for Plan Issues" button at least once prior to submission to see the option to click the "Submit" button.
