Hello Comprehensive Planning Phase 2 School Districts,

 

On Friday April 26, 2013, the Comprehensive Planning web application was updated to enable the submission of a School District’s Special Education components.

 

A planning leader will now have the option to “Check Special Education Components for Issues” on the Status and History page. If all Special Education components are completed properly, the planning leader will have the ability to submit the Special Education components to PDE. Only planning leaders in Phase 2 school districts will have this functionality. Upon submission, the Special Education components will be reviewed and approved by a PDE BSE Advisor and Division Chief.

 

Additionally, the district level planning overview can now be filtered by Professional Education, Special Education and Educational Technology. This will limit what displays on the planning overview to only the sections of comprehensive planning that pertain to the component you have selected.
