Attention Charter School CP Users,

Please review the following important information.

•The CP web application will be unavailable today Monday, August 26th
between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM while we perform maintenance.  After the update,
the Charter Annual Report will be updated and will have 2 additional
sections (Quality of Teaching and Other Staff and Acquisition of Facilities,
Furniture, Fixtures).  Additionally, the Professional Staff Member Roster
will have the ability to upload a file.

•The Professional Staff Member Roster section can be either a file upload or
a manual entry of the staff.  If you would like to upload a file, please use
the attached document as the correct format and upload into the section.

•The technical webinar on August 22 was recorded. The link to the recording
is:

•The questions that were raised during the webinar have been brought to the
attention of the Charter School Office.  As soon as answers are received,
the FAQ will be updated and resent via the Charter School contact list and
the CP Listserv.
