Good afternoon Phase I Districts, Due to the phasing out of the eSP Tool, the Bureau of Special Education is asking you to update your program profile (if you haven’t already done so) via the Comprehensive Planning Web Application. If your Program Profile in your Special Education Plan (in the Comp Plan) is current and approved (under the eSP submission), then you have fulfilled the requirements indicated below. Please be sure to add or transfer any relevant data/information regarding the Program Profile. You may add new information or choose to manually transfer information from the eSP tool to the Special Education Plan in your district’s Comprehensive Plan. Please note: You will not see a SUBMIT button. A District representative should notify their Special Education Adviser when they successfully populate the Program Profile so the adviser is able to review it. A Phase List is attached for your reference.
