Any Focus or Priority school that runs a schoolwide Title I program – whether it is new or ongoing – will have to complete the Addendum and attach their complete school plan to their School Improvement Plan.
This is also the case for ANY school who intends to run a Schoolwide Title I program. They will have to complete a school level plan in its entirety in the web application and upload the additional addendum.
Schools will have to update this annually and provide a copy of the updated plan when monitors or auditors come into their district.
The old “offline" Schoolwide Template is still an option for LEAs to use instead of the plan and addendum; however, the offline template is anticipated to be phased out over the next year. The CP Web Application will be the only option for housing the Schoolwide program and annual update in the future.
