Charter School Annual Reports for 2013-2014 are now open for your completion.
Our apologies
for the delay.
Many updates had to be made to the web application due to the changes set forth by the Department of Public Education. Below is an outline of some of the
changes that were made to better serve this process:
- Logging
into the Web Application – you will that you have choices now: Annual Report, Improvement Plan
(if you have been designated as a Priority/Focus School)
or
Comprehensive Plan
- In
your Annual Report, the Demographics page has not changed. This information will be fed into the system by EDNA. For any changes on this page, please contact EDNA to update.
- The
data that was typically carried over from year to year in each section has been removed and will not populate yearly.
- Special
Education section added:
Special Education Professional Development section
Special Education Program Profile
- Affirmations
pages added:
Charter Annual Report affirmation
Charter School Law Affirmation
Ethics Act Affirmation
(These pages will require your Charter CEO and Board President to sign before your Annual Report can be submitted. Portal Access
with be needed for both.)
Your Charter Annual Report will be available to be submitted once complete by your Planning Leader at the Charter. Please check for issues and Submit by the due date.
Your Annual Report is due by August 1st 2014.
